I tune Disk II drives, $5 plus return shipping.  They work smoothly after 
adjustment.


I agree that the DUODISK was a dud.  That was my first drive; it garbled 
the disk directories.   I ended up swapping the double unit for a single 
WORKING Disk II drive.

But if scrapping the Duodisks, at least salvage the mechanical units.   
They cabn be installed with analog cards from the Platinum 5.25" drive.

The faults in the Duodisk were in its buggy analog card; mechanically, 
they were fine.
