(Is that really Wonko the Sane? Wow! 8-) )

I think Applied Engineering has gone to that great manufacturing center in
the sky. But, I just ordered replacement IC's for my Disk ][, and when I
was looking, I noticed Apple ][ power supplies in the catalog:

Jameco Electronic Components/Computer Products: 800/831-4242 415/592-8097

Apple ][ Power (replacement) Supplies for ][, ][+, ][e:
22269 KHP4007 60-watt switching power supply for ][/][+/][e $49.95
105540 PSA83 83-watt switching power supply for ][/][+/][e $59.95

Apple ][ (replacement) Power Supplies for IIgs:
85518 Apple IIgs power supply (60-watt) $59.95

This is not an endorsement; just a potential source and price.
