If you are talking about the current release of the Photonix II v2.50
(unfinished - with src. codes) archive, as being disputed as a public 
domain release, that was done by me (Charles T. Turley) with the very 
best intentions in mind.  I beleived, having the original authors 
premission to do with the program as I wished, having had him co-found 
the 1WSW group with me and having had him give me the program and the 
src. codes, that their should be no problems with such a release.

If anybody wishes to dispute this release and the status of this program 
(archive), you can contact me via email: gbmaidsf@wco.com

I will be contacting the original owner and author (Olivier Goguel) by 
internation long-distance telephone call (today) requesting that he send 
a personal public domain release notice for the program to all of the 
ftp sites that retain this archive.  I'll also request from Olivier that 
he send me a clearly stated letter by mail confirming that Photonix II
(all versions) are released to public domain, as are all programs he 
authored from; FTA, SSS, ToolBox and ACS!

As soon as I have his reply, I'll make it public and avaiable to all 
that wish to have a copy of such letters.
