Sure, just plug in a joystick and hold down both buttons when you
turn on the GS power.  The joystick buttons work the same as the
Command and Option keys.

If you don't have a joystick, you can do something with the external
or internal joystick connector to make it think the first two
buttons are pressed (don't recall offhand whether you ground them or
tie them to +5v).
