Noticed a small regression in Copy ][+.  I'm tempted to try to dismantle the
code to figure out why it acts up like that.  Affects every version (4.3
4.4C 4.4D 5.5 6.0 7.1 7.2 7.4) I can test - some stuff displays on the wrong
column.

Has anyone boottraced the DOS 3.2 or 3.3 masters?  I'm curious as to what
could be frotzing the master bootloader.  (LOADER.OBJ0 is working now,
though - it caused I/O ERRORage before same as the master bootloader.)
