Copy ][+ regression (incomplete conversion to bascalc) fixed.  Relocatable
DOS 3.3 now boots (missing function was INSDS2, here called GETLEN).  Some
other issues still exist, for example in HRCG.  Flex Type works now.

This implementation of INSDS2 uses (as does some of the TTY code, and the
PLOT code, still) a lookup table, albeit one that has been crunched
somewhat.
