I don't know if it's what you are looking for, but a program named Apple 
File Exchange 7.0 looks like it will do it.  I just bought this used Mac 
II, and it was on the hard drive.  The program is copywrite Apple 
Computer, but I was led to believe it came with System 7.

What I know about Macs (at this point in time) wouldn't fill a thimble, 
but when I put a ProDOS disk in the floppy drive, the menu bar reads 
"ProDOS to Mac" and "Mac to ProDOS".  It also does a catalog and 
correctly lists the file names.
