	No, not quite. There is nothing silk-laced which tells you the specific
ROM version (would have been silly, had there been a ROM upgrade done in future)
although you can identify it by this printing:

ROM 01 motherboard: Silk-laced is wording "Apple //GS"
ROM 3  motherboard: Silk-laced is working "Apple IIgs"
	
	Generally though, if you've previously seen and are famillar with the
ROM 00/01 motherboard, you should have no difficulty identifying a ROM 3
motherboard. There are numerous visual differences (battery, Fast-RAM, CYA/FPI,
Ensoniq, VGC, ROM firmware, ADB microcontroller, etc. And most of the mother-
board has been revamped).
