Quite simple acutaly.  It is a 0v -> 12v connector.  (one pin is 0v, and the other is 12v).  Just put a multimetre across the terminals when you computer is on, and you will find this out.  If you want to know which is the 12v line, place the negative end of you multimetre on the power supply case, and the positive end on each of the pins successively.  I rekon you can draw as much power as your power supply can give you (though this would be a really bad idea).
