personally, I'd start by trashing Deliverance. Get ProSEL16 instead.
Beyond that, well, We'll assume you've not added a new drive, so
termination shouldn't be a problem. The power supply on your drive could
be going, you could have an Init/Cdev/FST conflict..
have you tried re-installing your system softwware?
