Apple Profile 5 meg Hard drive update

I would like to load GSOS ver 6.01 on an old Apple 5 meg Profile drive.
I have heard that Apple dealers used to provide a ROM upgrade to do this.
They probably quit supporting this long ago, but does anyone know how I
could do this today or where I could still have the upgrade done?
