Re: Can I use my Apple II to get an Apple III booted?

Hi Oz,

OK now i am confused. Rather than getting into block copying etc
(which I have not done for a very long time, I vaguely remember using
some of these techniques in my pimpled-faced copy any disk you can
faze) can I just get one of the Apple III system utilitie images off
asimov ftp and use ADTPro to copy them onto a disk on my GS and the
boot the III with it?

If you mean:
ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net/images/apple3/apple_3_system_disks.zip ?

They are copies of my original (guaranteed unmodified) Apple3 master disks.
Used an Apple2 to read them via a serial link to an Amiga1200 way back in '98.

Have written them back to floppies using ADT on an Apple2 a number of times.
No probs at all.

Cheers,
Red
