Zip GS - more speed or more cache - which is better?

Has anyone used more than one version of the ZipGS and can you answer the
question "Is a larger cache a more cost effective upgrade than a higher
processor speed?". For example, the 7MHz 32KB ZipGS costs about $159 while
the 8MHz 16KB ZipGS costs $189. Is it worth the extra $30 to get a smaller
cache but a faster clock speed?
