No, that's why it's called a "IIe card".

Yes, System 7.5 comes with an extension called "PC Exchange" that allows
the Mac to read MS-DOS and ProDOS 3.5 floppy disks. Make sure
PC Exchange is in the Extensions folder and just insert your ProDOS
disk. It should appear on the Mac desktop like any other disk.
