I recently bought a replacement keyboard to use, and it's the Apple
Design Keyboard II I believe, which is with Mac hardware in most computer
stores.
The problems I had with my original keyboard was this -- the mouse would
sometimes go haywire and start moving about the screen even if I wasn't
touching it. I got a new mouse, but the problem didn't stop, so I bought
a new keyboard.
I was under the correct impression that it will work on my IIGS -- and it
does, but I've been having a few problems.
I was wondering if there is some way to get the lights that say "Num
Lock", and "Caps Lock" to light up. It would be nice since the Caps Lock
Key does not stay down as the regular IIGS keyboard did.
Sometimes the CAPS LOCK key freezes, and all the words I type are in
caps. This is annoying especially if I'm working on something like FTP,
because I can't type a period. I've pressed the Caps Lock Key numerous
times, and tried a lot of other things too, but to no avail. Is there a
special driver that I might need, or something that would fix this problem?
THANX
