You might keep in mind that CompUSA took on _only_ the Macintosh line
of computers and has had little or nothing to do with the Apple II line
of hardware...ever.
It's not surprising that their personnel would not know anything about
a computer few if any of them have ever heard about, much less seen. Give
them credit, however, for they will order anything on Apple's list of
goodies which might still be available for the Applie II...but don't
expect them to know anything about it.
