GS RGB singing! Help!

In my office at Capitlal University TV, I have two ROM 01 GS's, with the
Apple RGB monitors. These things are driving me NUTS!

As the monitors heat up, they begin to squeal. Not just the usual monitor
squeal, these babies SCREAM. It is beginning to drive me nuts. What good
is the computer if I can't leave it on all day!

I have already resoldered the flybacks in both monitors as a preventative
measure. The problem is obviously heat related. I figured I could trace
it using a bit of freeze spray, but, alas, I've been running one of the
monitors with the cover off all day, and can't get it to
fail...apparently, with the cover off, enough heat doesn't build up.

Anybody know what to do about this (aside from investing in good
earplugs)? I expect it is either a chip component dying, or just not
enough heat-sink grease on something...

(Maybe I just need a monitor fan. The computer isn't overheating; just
the monitor. Incidentally, I don't have this problem at home. Not yet,
anyway.)
