What about the 200 or so that a previous poster (Mr. Bazyar?)
mentioned were just lying around?  Why not just sell them off on a
first-come, first-served basis?  No one in their right mind could be
worried that the Apple II, ethertalk card or no, is going to kill the
Mac at this point, and I'd bet that a goodly number of the cards would
sell even without expensive advertising or promotion.

I'd certainly hate to hear they were just dumped in a landfill and
buried, like some other ill-fated Apple products.
