The RamFAST is the least picky of Apple II SCSI cards.  It will dang near 
take any SCSI drive.  Fast SCSI II should work fine.  They just have 
tighter specs (I think).  Wide on the other hand I think has a different 
connector and would not work.  Differential SCSI I don't think will 
work.  SCSI I or II will be fine.  I recently got a Fujitsu 520 meg. 
drive used for $185.  Not a bad drive!  It worked fine with the RamFAST, 
but did not initially work with the HS SCSI.  After fiddeling with some 
jumpers (it has quite a few) it ended up being the one for syncrous 
transfer requests.
