SCSI disks for GS?

My TMS Shadow 120MB drive may be dying (it refused to spin up fully two
days ago, but it worked fine yesterday), and so I'm beginning to think
about a new drive at some point in the future.  

My question is: what do I look for, now that Apple II specific drives are
less and less common.  In particular, is SCSI-II ok with a RamFAST Rev. D?
I strongly suspect that a fast and/or wide SCSI drive doesn't work, but
someone can correct me on that, too.
