I think I remeber it being solder pads x1 and x2 on the iie mother board 
would switch to the dvorak keyboard.  I may be wrong, but, I thought you 
cut X2, and droped a blop of solder on X1 (should be connected to the A10 
address line on the 2716 rom) to force in the other bank.
