The two ADB sockets on my IIGS keyboard are intermittently loose.
I have to wiggle the cords to ensure contact.
I recall reading on this net that it is possible to solder the
connectors at the ADB sockets. PLEASE GIVE DETAILS ON THE SOLDERING
PROCEDURE. Will any springs or gismos fly out if I open the IIGS
keyboard? Any complications? Is it obvious what must be soldered
when you look at it? Do you leave the keyboard in the plastic casing
or do you lift it all away from the casing?
Advice will be appreciated! sebugg sebugg@presby.edu
