150 ns RAM chips should be fine.  If in doubt, use 120 ns.  You
certainly won't need 100 ns or faster.

Even the IIgs memory card (running at 2.8 MHz) uses 150 ns (120 ns in
some cases).  Standard slot cards are only accessed at 1 MHz, so
slower RAM will be OK.
