The hard part is to get the AppleWorks file into the Mac. You could upload
it to your Host computer from the Apple II and download it to the Mac. Or
you could attach a 3.5" drive to the Apple II, save the file to it, and
use Apple File Exchange or the //e Card software to transfer the file from
the ProDOS disk to the Mac.
In either case, once it is on the Mac, then MS-Works or ClarisWorks or
other programs will read it and allow it to be saved as a Mac document.
