Try these:
AT#CID=0 -- Caller ID off
AT#CID=1 -- Caller ID on, print info in human-readable text
AT#CID=2 -- Caller ID on, print info in hexadecimal
The Caller ID information arrives immediately after the first RING indicator.
My own modem (a Zoom V.32bis fax modem) also responds to these codes, even
though neither the manual nor the marketing hype printed on the box gives
the slightest hint to suggest that this modem supports Caller ID. I don't
know whether the feature actually works, though, since I don't have Caller
ID enabled on my phone line.
