Caller ID Codes?

Not 100% Apple II, but was wondering if anyone knows the
caller ID codes.  With a Supra modem (that model that registers
caller ID) sending the proper information, my IIe would
have something to do full time. :)  Just considering
the possibility of the Supra getting a call, sending the
information to the IIe, the IIe splashes the phone number
(in big double-lores numbers :)), and maybe showing the
person's name if it corresponds to a phone number previously
stored on disk.
