PublishIt!4

I've seen a couple of posts lately complaining that TimeWorks is out of 
business and that no more copies of PublishIt are available.  This sounds 
like a great candidate for the Lost Classics project (at least I think 
that's the name).  Somebody should see about getting this declared 
freeware or PD.  It's a great program that should be made available.  
Anybody know who the author was? --
