You can't.  You need HyperCard IIgs, and at least a minimal version of
the Home Stack to be able to use other HyperCard IIgs stacks.

Your signature is rather excessive.  It is considered impolite to have
a signature which is larger than the contents of the message!  The
recommended maximum is four lines.
