Welcome to the real world.  It's a pretty nitty gritty place and people
like playing around to let off steam or just to have fun.  It's a normal
social thing.

As you said, you've been there once and you've already judged and passed
sentence.  Do you do the same if you walk in on a argument or horseplay
between two or more people you don't know and judge that they're social
deviants because they're not calmly sitting and staring at nothing?

It's like saying if you see somebody coughing, you assume they were born
coughing and is like that all the time.

We're all normal people subject to wanton horseplay once in a while.  If
you're not into that, then don't join in.  Otherwise, give it a fair
chance.
