It isn't a viewer, only a converter. (DJPEG). It worked fine for me,
but took a very long time - a 300k-ish JPEG took about three hours to
convert to a 1.2MB GIF file on my unaccelerated IIgs. I couldn't
display the resulting file, but it worked fine on a PC-based GIF
viewer on a friend's computer.

He later got hold of the same JPEG conversion program and ran it on
his 486 DX-2/66, and it took 12 minutes to do the same conversion. :-)
