Gosh! How silly can one get? Of course I have the machinery to dump
that ROM, and so does everyone else! I just realized that it is as
simple as switching the P5 and P6 ROM on the Disk II controller card
and voila, the state machine code appears where the boot code
normally pops up (eg $C600-C6FF for slot 6).
To save it to disk, it helps having two controller cards, of course! :-)
(If someone is interested, the dump can be found by digging through
my http page. I'm still interested in a DOS 3.2 P6 ROM dump though.)
