Well thats fine Joe, but I don't have time to go thru 1001 menues and crap.

This is the net Joe. The Karateka is by no means 'wasting' bandwidth. If
you want to see wasting of bandwidth... go jump into an advocacy group. :-)

Well who cares? Its like saying, if your using rn, you should be using tin
instead! I personally dislike ncftp, so I use ftp instead. Many of use
slam 5 or more ftps in the background, and unless I'm on a Sparc or Indy
where I have some screen resources, ncftp will just make a mess on a
single text screen. I find fsp bad enough!

To start with Joe, your UNIX newbie question shouldn't of been posted to
c.s.a2 in the first place. If this was any other group, you would have
gotten your butt flamed off the net! I've seen people get flamed for
much less.

Why? Thats what FAQs are for! Most answers to common questions can be found
in news.answers. I'm sure there are a ton of others groups for this purpose
also! Hell, go start up your own alt group then if you can't find one...

So what? I have a full net connection and I've never used Lynx or Mosaic!
Hell, I don't even post that often!
