Why not put this in that usergroups group everyone wanted but sits empty
all the time for criminy's sake? Seems like it would be a good place then
people who don't care about it can just skip that group. Tutorials and Q&A
type stuff seems appropriate for it since it's not being used for the purpose
for which it was created.
