RamWorks III help needed

I have an Apple ][e (enhanced) with a RamWorks III (Applied Engineering)
in it. It has 1 MEG of ram, but I have no manuals or software to access
it. Can anyone out there give me info about it? I'm looking for soft-switch
descriptions, RAM disk (DOS 3.3, ProDos) software, and the disk(s) that
came with the card.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
