	Well, if you are an electronics person, you could test the components.
Thats what I'm currently doing with my II+. (Now at least I get a screen of
question marks). Of course, the II+ was all TTL (common, cheap chips) and I'll
bet a IIc is mostly proprietary stuff. Could be almost anything wrong at all.
A good bet would be to get ahold of another one, and swap one chip at a time
until it runs (thus revealing the bad chip).

BTW-if you get rid of your old motherboard, I'd be happy to take it off
your hands :) I like fixing things.
