Karateka II - Revenge of Dude?

Hi folks, 

Many years ago, when I was taking a Pascal class in the bay area, 
somebody there brought in a thing called "Karateka II: The Revenge 
(Return?) of Dude".  It was a movie type thing hacked together from 
Karateka I that was seriously side splitting.  Now that a decent Apple ][ 
emulator has come out for the Mac, I wonder if anybody has this lying 
around and if they could upload the file/image to the net somewhere? Or 
is it on the net somewhere?
