Pretty sure I have a copy around still. Mebbe I'll give it a whirl.

So what does the CSA2 gang think about supplying old software to people who
abandoned Apple II-dom but want others to supply programs to run on emulators? 
I'm tempted to say "get it your damn self" myself.
