I can't tell you for sure, but the MC6845P chip is a CRT controller, which
tends to imply that this card is a graphics interface of some sort.  Having
so many ROM's on it seems strange, but one may be the Character Generator ROM,
and possibly the other two could contain interface code.  The 14.318 Mhz KAI,
if in a metal package is probably a crystal or crystal oscillator which
provides the timing to the board.  The 4 pin connector is probably similar to
the connector that a modulator plugs into the main Apple board.
