Binscii is usually posted in an EXEC-able format (normally
Executioner, but Todd Whitesel has his own format with a nifty lores
thermometer display :-)
Jeff: if you can ftp, Binscii is on cco.caltech.edu as
/pub/apple2/binscii.exe. Get binscii.txt for instructions and stuff
too :)
