Something else to mention is that only an enhanced //e can boot directly from a
hard disk (or 3.5 for that matter) on powering up or hitting cmd-ctrl-reset.
You have to use a PR# to the appropriate slot on an unenhanced //e. So if you
don't have the enhancement that's the problem.
