|T| TO USERS OF MNGR AND MNGA |T|
| | ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | |
| | As you know, the off-line processing features of MNGR and | |
|H| MNGA are dependent upon a certain format of news group |H|
|I| messages as they arrive at your node. |I|
|N| |N|
|T| Recently, I have found that some messages originating in New |T|
| | Zealand have such long 'From' lines that the 'Subject' line | |
| | is forced from its normal fourth line to the fifth and | |
|H| sometimes sixth line. MNGR will hiccup if the 'Subject' line |H|
|I| is not the forth line of a message. MNGA has a built in |I|
|N| warning if this occurs. |N|
|T| |T|
| | If this is happening to you, a quick fix is to do a 'Find' | |
| | on '.nz' (part of the New Zealand originating address) and | |
|H| if you see the 'Subject' line out of position, just delete |H|
|I| the excess characters from the 'From' line till the |I|
|N| 'Subject' line is in correct position. It will only take a |N|
|T| few moments to adjust your captured news group messages. |T|
| | Then processing by the MAGIC NEWS GROUP ARRANGER and/or | |
| | MAGIC NEWS GROUP READER will flow smoothly. | |
