VOC question!

I've never personally worked with one of these suckers before,
	so that's why i'm asking.

Can these things CORRECTLY rip pictures from entertainment-based
TV-images? I know for a *FACT* the Creative Labs Video Blaster
CANNOT (which i've been told is due to Nintendo and Sega PUR-
POSELY making the refresh work in a wacko-way so you can't rip
them: which I think is a con-out for Creative Labs' once-again
	lameness).

If the VOC can, and someone has access to a SNES, if they could
EMail me, I would appriciate it. I need some GFX ripped. :-)
