Software Questions

Hey y'all!

I some information for my Apple //c.  I need two pieces of software.
First off, can anyone tell me of a good shareware typing tutor for my
machine?  Also, if it's ftpable the site name would be appreciated.  If
there is no such animal, could someone tell me where I could purchase a
typing tutor?

Second.  I want a good word processor and database for my machine.  I assume
that Appleworks has both.  I'd like to know whether the latest version
(4.01, I believe) will run on my machine and what kind of hardware is needed
to run the program?  Also, will the word processor accept ASCII files?  I
have some old files that I'd like to continue working on and can convert
them to ASCII but I'm aware that some programs make it difficult to use
ASCII files.

Lastly, this is just out of curiousity, but what kind of processor does the
Apple //c use?
