Public Domain?

I was wondering what the state of Apple ][ software is... Is
most of it in the public domain now? Someone has asked me to
find out whether the following are available any more, from
where, and whether they are public domain now:


- The Print Shop (by Beagle Brothers)

- Suspended (by Infocom)

- Word Handler II (by Silicon Valley Systems)

- Rendezvous with Rama (game by ?)


Any info would be greatly appreciated!
