Taipan!
When I was an avid Apple //e user, the one game that I would play for hours
on end was Taipan! As I was packing up to move this past weekend, I booted
up the game for the first time in 4+ years. I have since become hooked
again, but I ran into some bugs (features?) in the game that I wanted to talk
to the programmer about. I was unable to find the actual game documentation,
but the title screen says the following:
Taipan!
A games based on the China trade of the 1800's
Created by: Art Canfil
Apple ][ program by: Mega-Micro Computers
Copyright c1982 by Avalanche Productions Inc.
Does anyone know or have any pointers how I might get ahold of Art or whatever
company owns the copyright to the game nowadays?
Thanks.
