Before you waste too much time on it, pull out and re-insert all of the
cache rams, and see if that changes anything. I just had to do that to
fix a really weird RF crashing problem I've been having for the last
couple weeks.
If it doesn't change anything, I'd try halving the cache size so the 70ns
part doesn't get used, and see if that changes anything. If so, then try
a faster replacement for it. If not, well, no idea...
