    IMHO, you are more of the "grassroots", one-man type of operation
whom we feel comfortable approaching.  inCider is definitely out (part
of big publishing company, etc.) and I don't recall seeing GS+ or
A2-Central people here (wasn't Diz here for a bit?).   Anyway, uploading
old articles electronically is the cheapest and fastest way of "getting
the word out".  You can send all the free paper issues you want, but
doing it electronically doesn't cost you paper, printing or postage. 
Like I said in a previous message, don't feel that you have to upload
recent articles.  Wait for a few issues, then upload a few articles to
show people what they're missing.  :)
