    You mean FTP used to remove BII headers automatically?  ;-)

    That's nulib's fault.  GSHK, ShrinkIt and yankit can all see through
the BII wrapper.  I like long, descriptive filenames, but renaming them
before zmodeming them over is a hassle.  By adding a tiny little BII
header, it will automatically rename itself when you download it.

    This turns a 1.2-gig drive into a 900-meg drive assuming we start
using Binscii II.  Not a problem right now, but it might be a year or so
down the road.
