Shouldn't be, unless it's causing some disk access.  HP doesn't do anything
to the keyboard vector or event stuff, so there's no way it could be
catching shift-clear directly.  What else do you have loaded?  Got some
macro stuff (Macro Mate or whatever) that does disk access on a shift-clear?
