I wrote it.  From what I hear, Apple II Desktop and UltraLaunch are
drastically improved, but similar, to MouseDesk.  I have not used
MouseDesk, and rarely use the ones above since I am not a GUI slave.  What
is IICue?  I haven't heard of that one.  Where might I get a copy? Is it a
GUI desktop type of thing, or just a simple text-based program selector? 
For text-based program selectors ProSel 8 can't be beat!
